Mangosteen Mania

I realize that this luxuriant season has turned me into a mangosteen maniac. I had some left from my order to create recipes. I pureed the fruit and set it in the refrigerator t keep. Hunger sent me to the cold storage. The puree had thickened and intensified in flavor. I ate it with some raspberries--pure delicious luxury.
