I have been promising the risotto with almonds for so long that guilt set in'It is finally up on the recipe of the week section of the web site along with a dividend recipe--atonement--for a sorrel sparked dish. Good now that sorrel is about to come into season.
It has been hard to believe that Spring would ever come; but now I am beginning to believe and relish the first of the new season vegetables.
