I am suffering from acute quinoa guilt. I started writing about it and everybody jumped on the bandwagon. Now, the mountain people ofPeru are starving from lack of quinoa. Try teff or chickpea flour, both nutritionally good.

However, i should point out that quinoa pasta ahd just come on the market. It's not the greatest and takes longer to cook than the package directions, but would be good for vegans.

The rest of us can eat meat.
