LEMON-ARTICHOKE RISOTTO will be up in the recipe section fulfilling my promise (I do try to keep them) for a large amount in a high wattage microwave oven. It is for two cups of arborio rice and serves a good number. I made it last night and thought it was very good.
It can be used as a model of timing for other large risottos. If the add ins are uncooked, add two minutes earlier.
It's waiting for next week as the very good cabbage recipe was just posted. Look for them.
