more ethics
I really was not trying to insult anybody and one recipe is not a major deal. Relax. On the other hand, I had a dear friend, Barbara Tropp, who had forty of recipes printed verbatim in someone else's cookbook. She won her law suit for damages. I find the most unpleasant lack of respect for intellectual property is when a commercial venture such as an on line food seller uses the recipes without paying to make a profit.

Your mention of Barbara Tropp is a great example of how collections of recipes are copyright protectable.
