I have figured out why it is so hard for me to enter all the travel material. I am writing of the past and what fascinates me is the new, what I am currently working on. However, I can point you to the current issue of Saveur magazine for a short bit i did on restaurants near Salzburg, Austria. I will try to get around to entering more in the travel section soon.
In the meantime, get Zarela Martinez's book on Oaxacan cooking. It is the best.
