Macaroon crumbs

Another happy accident. I had just made some very light macaroons--recipe next week--and was eating my morning banana when I dropped a piece of banana in the crumbs left on the parchment paper. Never one to waste anything, I rolled the banana piece in more crumbs. It was a low calorie, gluten and lactose free treat worth making on purpose.
