Paris Yummy

Well, I never got to England and missed all my friends, theater, restaurants and fun. I did get to Paris which is always a delight. There will be lots more in the travel section of the web page: Bkafka.com.
This may be cutting my own throat as I am about to tell you about one of my favorite places--even open on Sunday--and always full. It is a true bistro with ancient beams and stone walls in the 6th arrondisement, Fernand (9l Rue Christine, tel. 01 43 25 18 55). The owner has a butcher hop nearby. The food is robust, the meat excellent and the traditional dishes a delight. It's the kind of place that I am happy to go every few nights. The wines are more than decent and the prices within reason. Now, everybody say thank you.
