Apologies
I have just had hand surgery--unpleasant---that makes it impossible too cook and hard to write. It would be a great help if you all flooded me with questions, queries and comments so that i could respond instead of launching in to new material.

My best wishes for recovery on your surgery. We had your Szechuan Green Beans from the microwave cookbook last night for dinner. Definately a keeper! My husband was initially skeptical as we were having pork schnitzel (traditionally served with red cabbage). Even he agreed that the beans were delicious.
