Gobble, Gobble, Gobble

I've gotten about forty calls today about turkey roasting. I wrote a whole book, Roasting, that I thought was exhaustive even telling how to deal with a convection oven. I suppose that it seems more real coming from my craw.

One reader asked me about her wod-fired stove. That is not in my book; but I answered her.
